Please submit your information if you own an event or performing arts venue and would like New York Black Arts Fetsival to bring shows into your event space. We have currently partnered with over 100 venues in the United States consisting of theaters, cultural arts centers, performing arts venues, clubs, churches and community centers. We have produced over 500 events in over 10 cities since 2004. We book both national events as well as shows in local/regional markets.
How Does a Venue Partnership Work?
New York Black Arts Festival is both the Promoter and Booking Agent for each event. We handle all of the booking for the nights we book out. We provide an on-site Show Manager for each show as well as all marketing material for broadcast television, social media campaigns, print media, and radio. When we partner with a venue, we normally take 1-2 or more dates per month, consistently, year-round. We help bring in talented artists, customers who may be new to your venue, and we help keep your calendar full with guaranteed revenues on the nights we book. We book a variety of shows and can discuss which types of shows will fit your venue best. We look forward to working with you!
